Belo Horizonte is Portuguese for “beautiful horizon” and was named for the lovely views of nearby mountains and parks. The city has seen an incredible amount of development over the years with careful planning put into maintaining green spaces to complement the spectacular parks and natural beauty that surround the city.
Estádio Mineirão will host Belo Horizonte’s Women’s World Cup matches. This world-class stadium blends history, modern design, and unforgettable match day energy.

The federal capital of Brazil, Brasília boasts a unique city design that is often compared to a bird or airplane. The city is known for its modernist architecture, including the stunning Brasília Cathedral.
Estádio Nacional is Brazil’s second largest stadium (after Maracanã). Like many of Brasília’s most well-known buildings, this stadium was designed by famed architect Oscar Niemeyer, along with Lucio Costa.

Porto Alegre’s Estádio Beira-Rio, named for its location beside the Guaíba River, has a long resume that includes playing host to five World Cup matches in 2014. Though it opened back in 1969, the stadium underwent a major renovation prior to the 2014 World Cup, modernizing the venue and improving the fan experience.

Rio de Janeiro is Brazil’s most popular tourist destination and with its six million culturally diverse residents and its rich natural beauty, it is no surprise its popularity continues to grow. Rio is home to the impressive Sugarloaf Mountain, world-famous beaches, historic colonial architecture, and the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer.
Rio’s Estádio do Maracanã is one of the largest stadiums in the world, having hosted crowds as large as 200,000 at iconic events like the World Cup and Summer Games. Though it has seen many renovations in its 75+ year history, the famous façade has remained relatively untouched.

Arena Fonte Nova is a multi-use stadium, centrally located in the heart of Salvador. It’s horseshoe shape results in a large opening in the southern section, allowing for optimal air flow into the venue.

São Paulo is Brazil’s largest city and ranks among the most populous in the world. As the financial and business center of the country, it is a sophisticated and cosmopolitan city unlike any other in South America. Visitors to this amazing city are treated to some of Brazil’s finest restaurants, high-end boutique shopping experiences, art galleries, and dynamic nightlife.
The Arena Itaquera (also known as Arena Corinthians) opened in 2014, just in time for the World Cup. The stadium has since solidified its spot as one of Brazil’s premier stadiums. It has already hosted an impressive list of events including the 2014 World Cup, 2016 Summer Games, 2019 Copa America, and multiple NFL international games.
