The Departments

Though our team works collaboratively, we all have our own departments that we specialize in:

Product – Our product department members are the architects behind our amazing sports travel experiences. They scout out and research all aspects of our packages including accommodations, tickets, transportation, and other special and unique add-ons. They’re also responsible for package fulfillment and providing pre-travel assistance to our clients.

Marketing – The mission of our marketing team is to spread the word about our extensive lineup of sporting events and all the great experiences we can offer. The marketing team manages our social media accounts, website, newsletters, and promotions. Our marketers also work in collaboration with our agency and consortium partners.

Sales – Our sales department is the first point of contact for our clients. Our knowledgable and friendly sales team uses a consultative approach to work with our clients and create customized packages that are tailor-made to their exact specifications.

Event – Focused on logistics, our event team works closely with destination management companies and suppliers local to our events. They’re very detail-oriented and they need to be to organize accommodations, transportation, tours, meet-and-greets, host staffing, and many other extras for hundreds of clients at our biggest events.

Accounting – The accounting team handles all the finances for Roadtrips. They’re also responsible for a number of regular reports, reconciliation, as well payroll and some HR responsibilities. Dealing with a number of different currencies and working closely with all other departments, our accountants are focused, detail-oriented and always busy.

The Culture

We’ve got a pretty great community here at Roadtrips. We love to have fun but at the same time, we all truly care about our clients and our company. After all, most of us have been here for quite a while. We do a lot of fun social events because we actually really like each other, not because we work together.
