Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, home to the Canadian Grand Prix, is one of the loudest and also one of the quietest places in Montreal (depending on whether or not it’s a race day). This spectator-friendly circuit, which has a seating capacity of 100,000, is located on Île Notre-Dame, a man-made island in the St. Lawrence River. The track is challenging due to the barriers that run close to the circuit, particularly the one at the exit of the final chicane. Known as the “Quebec Wall,” this infamous barrier has ended the race of a number of World Champions.
Great job… it was perfect… the seats at the track were incredible.
