When will the 2027 F1 schedule be released?

The 2027 F1 schedule release date has not yet been announced. For the past few years, the schedule was released between April and July, so we can expect the 2027 schedule will likely follow a similar timeline.
 

Is the F1 schedule the same every year?

The F1 schedule typically sees a few minor changes from year to year. In addition to races being added or removed, race weekend dates may change slightly, and F1 Sprint Race weekends change venues.
 

F1 Schedule 2026 vs 2025 Changes

The 2026 schedule had some significant changes, largely due to an effort by F1 to reduce carbon emissions. The 2026 schedule grouped the races by geographical regions, resulting in some race dates being moved. Key changes on the 2026 schedule include:

• The addition of the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid
• The Canadian Grand Prix moves to May, following the Miami Grand Prix
• The Monaco Grand Prix moves to the first weekend in June, rather than the last weekend in May
• The Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix was removed
• The Grand Prix in Barcelona remains on the schedule under a new name; it will change from the Spanish Grand Prix to the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix
