Your personal pre-travel specialist will guide you from the moment you book your package until you travel, so you can genuinely enjoy your destination to its fullest.

Once you’ve booked your travel package with Roadtrips, you’ll receive an introductory email from one of our At-Your-Service pre-travel specialists. Your specialist is available to assist with your questions and requests prior to your trip. This includes:

answering questions you have about your travel experience
recommending restaurants
providing information on tours and other must-sees in your destination
transportation recommendations
adding travel insurance
providing important event or destination updates

Your At-Your-Service pre-travel specialist will also manage the administrative details of your trip. They will make sure you are supplied with everything you need prior to travel including any necessary physical documents, electronic copies of important travel information, and your finalized itinerary. Before you depart, they will connect you with your Roadtrips onsite or virtual host team, who will take care of you during your travels.
