Traveling with three kids can be daunting in familiar environments, so we were somewhat anxious about this trip, especially with it being such a large international event in a foreign country. The efforts made by you both went above and beyond our expectations and we are truly grateful for your efforts, professionalism and maybe most of all, your kindness to our family.
