We also have a team of pre-travel concierges and professional on-site hosts available to our guests to assist with booking additional tours, making restaurant recommendations and reservations, and who can also provide insider tips about our destinations or events. We specialize in the most sought-after and exclusive sporting events around the world. Yes, all of our sports travel experiences are customizable to your preferences. We’ll work with you to design a travel package that works for your preferred dates, including pre- and post-night extensions and tours.

Generally speaking, the earlier you book, the better selection you will have in terms of accommodations, tickets (where applicable), and amenities. Demand for major sporting events is high and events do sell out. It’s not uncommon for us to receive bookings years in advance of a major event like the Summer Games or the World Cup.

When you’re ready to book your custom sports travel experience, we’ll need the following:

• The legal names and birth dates of all travelers
• Your mobile number
• Your email address
• Your preferred shipping address
• The form of payment you wish to use for the deposit and the billing address

For your convenience, Roadtrips accepts a number of different forms of payment:

As part of our custom travel experiences, we are happy to accommodate your special requests whenever possible. During the booking process, please advise your Sports Travel Specialist of any special requests you have. If something comes up later that you would like to add to your itinerary, your personal concierge is at your service to take care of any additional requests.

Approximately a month prior to your departure, your dedicated personal concierge will be in touch to confirm your delivery address and to advise when you can expect your travel documents to arrive. Typically, you can expect to receive these 2-3 weeks prior to departure.

To allow for maximum flexibility, our sports travel experiences are not fully guided. Instead, each guest is assigned a pre-travel personal concierge to assist with travel planning, recommendations, and requests. In addition, we have a team of on-site event hosts and destination specialists at all of our major events to answer questions, provide suggestions, and arrange tours and activities.

In most cases, we are able to change the traveler names on a booking up to 30 days prior to travel to allow guests to transfer their package to friends or family. Changes to package inclusions (including event tickets when applicable) are not permitted after the deposit has been received and the sports travel package has been confirmed.

Roadtrips’ sports travel packages are non-refundable, with the cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount paid. Once final payment has been received, the travel package is 100% non-refundable. Written notice of cancellation from the traveler is required. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. You can view our complete terms and conditions here.
