Championship golf and champion golfers have long been intertwined with the mystique of Merion Golf Club’s East and West Courses, consistently rated among America's greatest golf courses. Designed by Hugh Wilson, Merion’s East Course has played host to more USGA Championships than any course in America and is home to some of its greatest moments. From Bobby Jones completion of golf’s elusive Grand Slam at the 1930 U.S. Amateur, to Ben Hogan’s awe-inspiring performance and now legendary one-iron on the 72nd hole during the 1950 U.S. Open, to Lee Trevino's 18-hole playoff victory over Jack Nicklaus in the 1971 U.S. Open, the sculpted greens, fairways and treacherous bunkers of Merion have shaped the game.
Grounds Passes
Grounds Passes offer spectators general admission to follow their favorite golfers from one hole to the next or to stake out a spot on the course and watch the entire field pass by.
Trophy Club
Trophy Club packages provide access to the grounds as well as the Trophy Club, an exclusive, air-conditioned tented facility on-site. The Trophy Club allows the opportunity to take a break from the course and follow the tournament on television while enjoying a varied menu of food and beverage for additional purchase.

The Pyramid Club is on the 52nd floor of one of the tallest buildings in downtown Philadelphia at 1735 Market Street. The club offers 360 degree views of downtown Philly, and overlooks many of the most of the famous landmarks. It is located roughly half a mile from both of our hotels and includes round trip course transfers.
