Experience the Thrill of the Indianapolis 500 Race

Drawing from our years-long experience of arranging exclusive, high-end sports travel packages all over the world, Roadtrips, Inc. is proud to offer customers the very best event package to the Indianapolis 500 race. Your individual experience is custom tailored to your specific personal requirements, allowing you to take advantage of as many options as you desire.

Legends Day

On Saturday, the day immediately before the big race, you can chose to attend the Legends Day experience. For Roadtrips guests, the event begins with a meet-and-greet attended by every one of the 33 starting drivers. It’s your chance to chat, maybe learn some interesting insider info that will help you get the most from your viewing experience the following day, and to collect autographs and free memorabilia.

As your adventure continues, you’ll be right there when the competitors receive awards for previous performances and achievements, and to hear the drivers and pit crews receive their final instructions from Race Control.

Reserved VIP Seating for the Festival Parade

Spend Saturday evening immersed in the final massive event before the big race, taking in all the commotion and passion of the Indy 500 Festival Parade, one of the biggest annual parades held in the USA.

As the parade progresses past your reserved VIP seating, we’re certain the “bird’s eye view” will make yours the best experience available anywhere around the entire Speedway. Aside from the drivers, you’ll see celebrities and marching bands, all adding to the excitement of the elaborate floats.

Pre-Race Pit Pass

Begin your Sunday – Indianapolis 500 race day – by ignoring all the traffic lines. Having been whisked to the Speedway by police escort vehicles, you’ll make the most of your experience with a pre-race pit pass. Mingle with pit teams, owners, drivers, celebrity guests and models as they prepare for what may well be the ultimate test of man and machine.

You’ll get up close and personal with almost all the professionals, enthusiasts and sponsors involved in the Indy 500, and – with almost no area off-limits – you’ll see the inner workings of all the preparations crew teams, drivers and race cars are put through.

Start Your Engines!

It’s time to take your choice of seating anywhere at the Speedway. Depending on your preference, you’ll be escorted to shaded seating at your favorite turn, or close to one of the incredible straights, or in a private hospitality area where the viewing is excellent.

Post-Race Garage Experience

This milestone opportunity takes you right into the stadium’s garages immediately after the last car leaves the track. As a way of keeping the excitement going, this unique experience has no equal. Imagine touring the building, mingling with drivers who’ve just risked their lives to do battle on the circuit, as they decompress, celebrate or commiserate.

This is the part of the day when legendary former drivers join the lucky few in speaking with today’s competitors. It’s also the closest any member of the public can get to the race cars themselves, as they cool down having just hit speeds well in excess of 200 miles per hour.

This is what it’s like to really live the experience that’s dreamed of by every fan of the Indianapolis 500 race.

Full service packages, booked through Roadtrips are priced from $1,155 per person. The experience includes first class downtown hotels, with all the above options available. Seats for the race were excellent, in the shade with a very good view of the race. Parade was fun, I liked our seats in shady area close to the road with a good view. The police escort to the race was terrific. Hotel location was ideal, right downtown with lots to see and places to eat. We were extremely happy with the services we received. Roadtrips had more personalized service than the other companies we considered - they are definitely more than just a web site.
